Renovating or installing a new bathroom can seem daunting, with so many choices and potential pitfalls. How much will a new bathroom cost?
The cost of a new bathroom varies significantly based on the quality of the units, tiles, and the complexity of the work involved. It depends on your personal preferences and budget. Contact us for a detailed quote after discussing your specific requirements.
How long will it take to renovate my bathroom?
On average, a bathroom renovation takes 7-10 working days (2 weeks). More intricate designs or tile patterns may extend the timeline. We’ll provide a more accurate estimate during the quotation process.
Can I use my toilet or shower during the renovation?
Access to your shower will likely be unavailable as the existing one will be removed early in the renovation. We aim to keep the toilet available for as long as possible during the evenings. Consider alternative arrangements like using a family member’s shower or a gym.
Do I have to purchase my own products, or can you do that for me?
You can source your own units, tiles, and accessories, however, we strongly recommend our products that suit every need you have. We can also supply additional materials needed to complete the renovation, such as plasterboards and adhesives.
Will I be left without a toilet until my new bathroom is finished?
No, a working toilet will always be left. The only time the toilet will be out of use is when a new one is being fitted, which will only be for a couple of hours, and you will be given advance notice of this.
Will I have hot and cold water while work is being carried out?
Yes. Your water supply will be in full working order for almost all of the time that work is being carried out. The only time there will be no water is when water pipes are being connected or tanks or cylinders are replaced, but this should only be for a few minutes at a time, and you will get advance notice.
Do I have to be on-site all the time the work is going on?
Not necessarily. All installers are DBS checked, so you can have peace of mind that they can be left in your home.
Will you keep my home tidy and remove all the rubbish?
Yes. Dust sheets and carpet protector film will be used to minimise any dust or mess and to protect your property. All old bathroom equipment and associated rubbish will also be disposed of.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, workmanship is guaranteed. This is often complemented by manufacturer’s warranties.
